Well I guess, everybody know this one and I'm sure that everybody loves it! Yeah spaghetti Bolognese. And I am sure everybody has their own secret recipe. What I want to share here is, that I always put the leftover sauce in the freezer for about 3-4 days and reheat it again. It tastes even better than 3-4 days ago :P

Lazy breakfast
It's very easy to make this one. Just get some red sauerkraut, German sausages aka bratwurst and some hash brown. In Germany, you can get white or red sauerkraut. In Bavaria, they call it blue sauerkraut not red even it's made of red cabbage.
It's common to prepare this red sauerkraut with apple chunks, but I prefer with cooked chestnuts :)
How to prepare:
1. Grill the bratwurst in the oven.
2. During that you can put a small pot and heat the red kraut with cooked chestnuts or apple chunks.
3. Put some butter on the pan and fry the hash brown.
As soon as all of them are done, put them on the plate. You can eat the red kraut together with hash brown. Cos the hash brown is slightly sour so you don't really need ketchup hehehe.
Voila! Breakfast is done in 8 minutes! Guten Apetit!
