Spanish Tortilla ala Christina


3 potatoes (slice thin)
1 red pepper (cut 1 cm cubes)
1 onion (cut half ring)
3 eggs
50 gr wheat flour
salt, pepper, chicken broth and oil (as you like)

How to cook!
  • Put some oil into your pan.
  • Cook the onion, red pepper and potatoes together.
  • Put the wheat flour into the eggs and mix them with a little salt, pepper and chicken broth.
  • Pour the egg-mix into the pan.
  • Let it cook in a low flame, and your Spanish Tortilla is ready!
PS: Tortillas in America and South America are different from Spanish Tortilla :)
